My methodology is a blend of energetic healing through Kundalini Yoga, Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki, Channelled Reiki Sound Bowl Meditation, the Golden Ray of Light Healing/Activation, Atlantean Quantum Healing, and divine channelling.
As these are the tools that helped heal me through my spiritual awakening, quitting my corporate medical assisting job, and build a successful business.
