I’ve been where you are!
After I had a miscarriage at 8 1/2 weeks in April 2016, (which I got no answers of why it happened) I enrolled into The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a holistic health coach, and began healing my relationship with food. Then after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2017, I looked at all the symptoms I was feeling, bloating, constipation, weight gain, hair loss, and realized I needed to do something about it all.
Throughout my own health journey, I realized the root cause of so many issues in my life was toxins that built up in my gut and impacted the rest of my body! All the times I thought I just wasn’t working hard enough or just needed to try one more fad diet, it wasn’t going to work.
I had to start with the root cause of all the issues I was seeing: eliminating toxins in my body and bringing my gut back into balance so it could work to my benefit again!
